Vertical-axis pump with tank and shut-off valves for flushing small (or parts of large) systems using specific chemicals.
Over time, and especially as the temperature increases, calcium salts normally present in water precipitate in the form of micro crystals and settle on the metal surfaces of pipes, coils, and heat exchangers, thus reducing flow rate and thermal efficiency.
To restore the performance of the original system, flushing with specific chemicals and equipment is necessary. Using a device that reverses the flow of the chemical, the pump attacks fouling on both sides, making descaling particularly effective and fast, even when pipes and exchangers are almost totally clogged.
The pump is equipped with a flow reverser and special connections with valves to regulate flows and purge sludge. The descaling pumps, are made of quality acid-proof materials and thoroughly tested. A special flow reverser allows fouling to be attacked from both sides of the circuit.
A self-regulating system controls the flow rate and pressure, depending on the consistency of the fouling, and makes it possible to work effectively even on pipes that are almost completely clogged. The work becomes easier and faster. In addition, the new reservoir, allows even easier work thanks to its ergonomic shape and convenient empty-and-fill cap. Suitable for use with any cleaning product (acid, alkaline or neutral).
