Supplied with needle valve for opening and closing flow. Equipped with an 800-micron stainless steel inner mesh and a powerful magnet inserted in a protective sheath that allows high filtering power.
The internal mesh, welded to the stainless steel structure, allows to give an obligatory and effective flow. This factor results in a high filtering capacity in relation to the same volume.
Upon entering the defuser, ferrous sediments in the water are attracted by the magnet, and nonferrous sediments are retained by the mesh and pushed toward the settling hole. The special structure of the Omega net does not allow particles to be able to rise upward.
Cleaning the sludge separator is possible in equicurrent and countercurrent, or by momentarily turning off the boiler, closing the inlet valve, opening the system make-up valve, and opening the sludge separator drain until the water comes out clean.
