Constructed in compliance with current regulations and with reference to Laws No. 46 of 5.3.'90 and No. 10 of 9.1.'91, is a copper pipe "ESENCOR" - CU-DHP alloy, complying with European standard EN 1057, annealed in coils deoxidized to phosphorus, with a minimum copper content of 99.9%, phosphorus content between 0.015% and 0.040%, complying with Uni 5649/71 Series B heavy and bearing the marking: "ESENCOR D x Sp EN 1057 CUDHP 99.9% SLM I 00".
Sheathed with a low-density, closed-cell, expanded polyethylene sheathing of thickness in accordance with law (10/91), finished with an extruded outer film, consisting of green-colored, embossed PE-LD, which gives the product additional mechanical protection as well as an aesthetic finish, is non-toxic, odorless, and free of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
The insulating sheathing produced by Isoclima in adherence to incombustible support, melts without the development of flame; it is therefore classified in fire resistance class 1 (according to UNI 9177-87) and bears the progressive marking "00 ISOGREEN RIV. L. 10/91 D x Sp CL. 1 with ESENCOR copper pipe" in addition to the indication of the day, hour, minute and production line for quality control. Main features of Isogreen sheathing are excellent elasticity and flexibility, real thicknesses for excellent insulation power, excellent resistance to water vapor diffusion.
