The NFXI series represents the latest generation of addressable detectors developed by Notifier. The NFXI series offers reduced costs for installers; more advanced configurability, management, exceptional detection performance and immunity to false alarms. All the innovations introduced have been incorporated while maintaining full electrical and mechanical compatibility with the previous series to support existing installations. In the NFXI series, a new protocol has been introduced to support a greater number of devices on the loop (159). The new protocol provides greater control, configurability and manageability for the overall optimization of the system in relation to the type of installation and its use, with unprecedented flexibility (this protocol is managed only by the AM8000 and AM8200 control panels). Compatibility with the series of control panels using the previous protocol that managed up to 99+99 addresses (AM2000N, AM4000 and AM6000N) is guaranteed. When used with this series of panels, the sensors provide the same functionality as the 700 series.

NFXI-OPT is a photoelectric detector equipped with a revolutionary new analysis chamber, the result of years of research and development. This results in enhanced responsiveness, reduced sensitivity change caused by dust settling and reduced false alarms caused by insects and dirt. The detector uses sophisticated circuitry incorporating special filters to support the elimination of transients caused by environmental conditions that could cause unintended alarms. NFXI-OPT is certified according to EN54-7 and 17. The device is managed by proprietary software based on complex algorithms that improve resistance. It is equipped with three-color LEDs that provide a 360° view of the device's status. The LEDs are programmable by a central unit. The new protocol has brought a reduction in power consumption on the loop and allows 159 sensors to be connected per loop. All detectors are environmentally friendly and meet WEEE and RoHS regulations, minimizing disposal costs.
