This 3-module flush-mounted detector, compatible with the most popular civil series, helps to ensure the safety of civil environments where domestic gas appliances such as boilers, cookers, boilers are installed.
The device is composed of a fixed power supply/relay module and a removable probe module, which must be replaced after 5 years of continuous use; this allows savings in purchase and installation costs, with a lower impact on the environment due to the extension of the life of the power supply/relay module by another 5 years.
Main technical innovations:
- Devices equipped with a microprocessor control circuit with self-diagnostic tasks that ensures perfect sensor efficiency over time
- Sensor fitted with a special selective filter to avoid alarms due to the presence of undetectable gas vapours, such as cooking vapours, cleaning liquid vapours, etc.
- Devices equipped with an operating time counter to signal the necessary replacement of the probe module after 5 years of use
- Luminous (red LED) and acoustic alarm signalling
- TEST system (to check the correct functioning of the device) and Reset with a single button
- Gas detectors are equipped with an output relay that can control a valve to shut off the gas supply
Installation instructions:
Install the detector for . LPG gas 30 cm max. above floor level
Install detectors 1 m to 4 m from gas appliances
Do not install detectors outdoors and in places exposed to the weather
Do not install detectors near: sinks, air intakes, heating and air conditioning devices, windows and ventilation devices; furthermore, detectors should not be installed in enclosed spaces such as behind a curtain or inside a cupboard
