An official Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi interface (MAC-587IF-E) is required to connect to Cloud, each indoor unit, heating system, or energy recovery ventilation system. The Wi-Fi interface connects to your local router through a wireless connection. It is recommended that the interface be installed by qualified personnel. For more details regarding the purchase of the new Wi-Fi interface, we recommend that you contact your local Mitsubishi Electric dealer. We also recommend having your installer verify the compatibility of the Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi interface with both the indoor unit and the router before purchasing it.

The application provides instant control, weekly and seasonal timers for total flexibility in controlling multiple Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning, heating or ventilation systems with energy recovery from a single device or location. It is also possible to receive error reporting and logging, either locally or remotely, if the systems are connected. The application also provides information such as local weather and details regarding technical support for the customer.
