A dongle can be used for cascading devices using RS485 communication (cascading inverters or cascading inverters with other devices). A maximum of 10 devices can be cascaded. When multiple inverters are cascaded, only one Smart Dongle or SmartLogger is allowed.
Huawei Smart Dongle WLAN-FE is an easy-to-connect accessory that enables communication with up to 10 devices via WLAN (Wifi) or Fast Ethernet (Classic Ethernet). This dongle has an IP65 degree of protection. A 4G version, which uses mobile networks to communicate, is also available. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n Fast Ethernet LAN RJ45 at 10/100 Mbit/s On command.
