Water always contains sand, iron shavings and other solid foreign bodies that are dragged along the extensive pipeline network of waterworks. Said impurities should not enter a home's plumbing network as they cause deep point corrosion, damage faucets, valves and mechanisms of household appliances connected to the plumbing network.
Filtering the water means not risking and exposing yourself to extensive and inevitable damage over time. The installation of a safety filter is also prescribed by regulations.
Cillit Eurofilter WF filters withstand high operating pressures, and the head is made of bronze to resist without consequence the tensions and stresses that always occur in pipelines.
The material from which the filter is constructed is of the highest quality, resisting wear and tear over time, the entire structure being designed and manufactured to cope with operation that can even exceed 30 years. The filter element should be washed or replaced periodically.
INSTALLATION: Installation of the unit must be carried out in compliance with current regulations and must be done by a qualified installer in accordance with Ministerial Decree 37/08. The Cillit Eurofilter WF is installed on the cold water inlet pipe from the aqueduct, or upstream of the hydraulic circuit to be protected. For the filtration of drinking water intended for human consumption use only synthetic mesh filter elements, not less than 50 microns. The filter elements if necessary can be washed and reused several times.
WARNINGS: Protect the filter from frost, direct sunlight and bad weather. Prevent oils, solvents, alcohol, acidic detergents and other exhaling chemicals, as well as heat sources above 40°C from coming into contact with the unit. The water pressure in the mains must not exceed the maximum permissible pressure; if necessary, install a pressure reducer. For proper handling and operation, we recommend replacing or washing the filter element as often as necessary. Cillit® Eurofilter WF filters are made entirely of materials complying with D.M. 174/04.
