Cillit-Mini Protector AF 1" safety filter with cillichemie discharge to remove sand and foreign matter up to a particle size of 100 microns from water in order to prevent point corrosion and damage to pipes, equipment and valves.
Suitable for filtration of water for drinking and technological use. Complete with tangs and ferrules for installation, as well as equipped with an impurity drain tap.

Safety desander filter, complete with base tap to purge impurities deposited at the bottom of the bowl, to remove sand and foreign bodies up to a particle size of 100 microns from water in order to prevent point corrosion and damage to piping, equipment and valves, suitable for the filtration of water for drinking, technological and process use in compliance with the requirements of the "Minimum Requirements Decree" DMiSE 26.06.2015, Ministerial Decree 37/08 and Technical Standards UNI 9182 and UNI-CTI 8065. Appliance made with materials complying with D.M. 174/04 and in accordance with D.M. Salute 25/2012.
PLEASE NOTE: Cillit®-Protector filters are not self-cleaning filters. The bottom drain valve serves only to expel impurities that settle at the bottom of the bowl. To clean the filter element pull it out and wash it.
Equipped with a practical purge valve to remove solid particles that may settle on the bottom of the sump and 100-micron filter sock.
INSTALLATION: It is installed on the cold water pipe entering from the waterworks, or in the hot water pipes upstream of the system to be protected. The filter elements, 100 micron, can be washed, reused and when worn out replaced. Through the drain tap, impurities that have settled at the bottom of the bowl can be purged periodically.
