Fluid under pressure upstream of the valve, passes freely under and over the diaphragm in the valve passage bore and pilot plug bore

When the coil is energized, the pilot plug closes and the pressurized fluid upstream of the valve enters above the diaphragm, which, pressed against the seat, blocks its passage

N.B. The minimum operating pressure between upstream and downstream must be 0.1 bar
