The innovative OneFlow® scale control system prevents deposits from forming on the interior surfaces of plumbing fixtures. OneFlow® is a single-cartridge system to be installed at the cold water supply, upstream of a single water heating device (water heater or instantaneous water heater) that it is essential to protect from the damaging effects of hard water.
OneFlow® uses innovative Template Assisted Crystallization (T.A.C.) technology to retain the minerals responsible for water hardness and converts them into microscopic inert crystals that remain suspended in the water before being purged. Maintenance is super simple, and the system requires no backwashing, salts, or electricity. The damaging effects of hard water, particularly limescale buildup in heating elements, pipes, water heaters, and boilers, will no longer be a problem. OneFlow® is not a softener and does not involve the addition of chemicals. It is a device for the prevention of hard scale deposits with an effectiveness proven both by independent laboratory tests and by the excellent results obtained in years of application in residential and commercial settings, as well as in the restaurant industry. OneFlow® is a smart solution against limescale, the perfect alternative to softening systems and chemical treatment.
Install the OneFlow® anti-scale system on the cold water line, upstream of the network/plant to be treated. The system should be sized according to the maximum or nominal flow rate as indicated in the specifications of the device in question. It is also possible to install the OneFlow® system to protect multiple pieces of equipment from the damaging effects of limescale and hard water, taking care to verify the total maximum flow rate of the devices to be protected. Provide a bypass to allow the system to be isolated in case of maintenance or cartridge replacement. Bypass is recommended but not mandatory. Install the system in an area large enough to allow maintenance operations. Once activated, the OneFlow® system wastes no water for backwashing, rinsing, and regeneration and requires no chemical additives or electricity to operate
